Welcome to Speyside Cottages. We create comfortable yet cosy holiday homes in characterful settings, places we genuinely enjoy staying in ourselves and are proud to share with others. Each property has its own personality, but all offer the same high standard of comfort, space, and thoughtful detail that our guests consistently rate highly.

In the heart of Dufftown, we offer four holiday homes sleeping up to 22 guests in total, all available individually or together. These include The Milking Sheds for couples, the Ben Shea smart home sleeping six, and The Tannochbrae, a beautifully restored Victorian house for up to twelve guests. Together, they provide a flexible base for exploring Speyside’s countryside, whisky distilleries, walking trails, and the easy-going charm of Dufftown itself.

We also offer a city base in Aberdeen. Our City Apartment is set in the quiet Ferryhill area, close to Duthie Park and the old Deeside railway line, and within easy reach of the city centre, ideal for short city breaks or as a first or last stop on a Highland journey.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome across all our properties, because holidays are better when everyone can come along.
